Job Description: Contract Head Swim Coach

Position Overview:
The Contract Head Swim Coach will lead and manage the swim team, develop training programs, and foster a positive and competitive environment. This role involves working closely with swimmers of all levels, providing technical instruction, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for swimmers.
- Conduct regular practice sessions focusing on technique, endurance, and performance.
- Mentor and provide feedback to swimmers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Organize and oversee swim meets, including travel arrangements and team logistics.
- Monitor and evaluate swimmer progress, adjusting training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Foster a positive team culture and promote sportsmanship.
