Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Contract Attendant to join our team in Chesterfield, VA. The Contract Attendant will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility - Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients - Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities - Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues - Handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends - Previous experience in a similar role preferred
