We are seeking skilled Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for contract positions in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume kitchens and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to order, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas - Ensure all food is stored and handled properly according to health and safety regulations - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
