• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team on a contract basis in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service, handling food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Greet and seat guests promptly. - Take accurate food and drink orders. - Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure timely and accurate preparation. - Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding ingredients and dietary restrictions. - Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. - Assist with setup and teardown of dining areas for events or shifts.

• Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. - Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - High school diploma or equivalent.
