• We are seeking attentive and reliable Contract Attendees / Waiters to join our team in Henrico. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Responsibilities:
• - Greet and seat guests promptly - Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items - Take accurate food and drink orders - Serve food and beverages efficiently - Monitor guests' dining experience and respond promptly to any requests - Clear and reset tables - Maintain cleanliness in the dining area - Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

• Skills:
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in basic math for handling cash and processing payments - Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Team-oriented with a positive attitude
