Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Contract Server / Barista to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, food and beverage service, and coffee preparation. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, preparing specialty coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor - Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare and serve coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and barista areas - Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy - Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
