- - Prepare and roll sushi with precision and consistency. - Cook and season rice accurately according to recipe standards. - Slice and prepare various ingredients including fish, vegetables, and other sushi components. - Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations. - Assist in the development of new sushi menu items. - Ensure the freshness and quality of all sushi ingredients. - Handle food storage and inventory management.
