• Responsibilities:
• - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately - Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any complaints or concerns promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for events or shifts - Process payments and provide accurate change - Adhere to all health and safety regulations

• Skills:
• - Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic math skills for handling transactions - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
