RCS Staffing has an immediate need for an Enterprise Sales Specialist in Remote (must have access to a major airport). This is a full-time direct-hire Remote assignment with our client. This position offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation and holidays. Travel up to 50% required within the United States.
Overview of YOUR role as an Enterprise Sales Specialist
As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with enterprise-level clients in the nuclear and power generation industries. This role requires a seasoned sales professional who can hit the ground running with minimal direction, managing the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals. You will work directly with customers to introduce products, develop proposals, and serve as a trusted advisor while expanding our client's market presence across the United States.
As an Enterprise Sales Specialist YOU will:
· Work directly with customers to introduce products, solutions, and services
· Develop and present quote proposals tailored to customer needs and requirements
· Lead and run customer meetings at all levels, from technical staff to C-suite executives
· Handle all facets of customer communication throughout the sales cycle
· Connect with customers face-to-face through regular site visits and relationship-building activities
· Conduct outreach to identify and engage new customers in target markets
· Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads
· Travel to power generation plants to meet with site representatives and decision-makers
· Meet with Chemistry and Procurement executives at the enterprise level
· Grow the client base while maintaining and expanding relationships with current clients
· Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
· Track sales activities, pipeline development, and forecasting in CRM systems
YOU are the ideal Enterprise Sales Specialist candidate if you have:
· 5+ years of enterprise/commercial sales experience
· Water treatment sales background preferred
· Proven experience managing the entire sales process from start to finish
· Sales and business development background with track record of success
· Ability to hit the ground running with minimal direction and supervision
· Strong relationship-building skills with enterprise-level clients
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States
· Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
· Experience meeting with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
It's a BONUS if you have:
· Nuclear or power generation industry sales background
· Ion exchange experience or knowledge
· Established industry contacts within nuclear and power generation sectors
· Technical understanding of power plant chemistry and water treatment processes
· Experience selling to procurement and chemistry departments
· Familiarity with nuclear industry regulations and standards
· Proven ability to grow client base in specialized industrial markets
