RCS Staffing has an immediate need for an Engineering Supervisor in the DFW, Midland, or Odessa, Texas area. This is a full-time direct-hire Hybrid assignment with our client. This position offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation and holidays.

Overview of YOUR role as an Engineering Supervisor

As an Engineering Supervisor, you will lead and oversee substation design projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project delivery. This hybrid role requires a seasoned professional with extensive substation design experience who can effectively supervise projects while maintaining technical excellence.

As an Engineering Supervisor YOU will:

· Supervise and manage substation design projects from conception through completion

· Provide technical leadership and expertise in substation design and engineering

· Oversee project teams and ensure quality deliverables meet industry standards and client requirements

· Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex engineering challenges

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

YOU are the ideal Engineering Supervisor candidate if you have:

· 8-14 years of experience in substation design

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

· Strong technical knowledge and expertise in substation design principles and practices

· Proven ability to supervise and manage engineering projects

· Must be based in or willing to relocate to the DFW, Midland, or Odessa, Texas area

It's a BONUS if you have:

· Professional Engineer (PE) license

· Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior engineers

· Background working on large-scale substation projects
