RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a CAD Tech I in Mansfield, MA. This is a full time, contract to hire, onsite assignment with our client. 

Overview of YOUR role as a CAD Tech I

RCS is seeking an entry-level CAD Tech I to join our client's team in Mansfield, MA. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to launch their CAD Drafter career in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. 

As a CAD Tech I YOU will:

• Receive and complete support assignments under the supervision of a QC Specialist
• Participate in on-the-job training during the first 1–2 weeks to learn necessary tools and systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and consistency in support services
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet service deadlines
• Work on-site from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

YOU are the ideal

CAD Tech I candidate if you have:

• High School diploma or completed GED
• Experience with or strong interest in learning IT systems and support tools
• A desire to work in a support-focused IT role long-term
• A willingness to learn new technologies and processes
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

It’s a BONUS if you have:

• An Associate’s Degree or certificate in Information Technology or a related field
• Experience with CAD software or ESRI ArcGIS (if support includes these platforms)
