RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a I&E Designer. This is a full time. contract to hire, remote assignment with our client. This position offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation and holidays.
Overview of YOUR role as an I&E Designer
This role involves designing engineered pipeline facilities, focusing on instrumentation, controls, and electrical drawings. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in natural gas pipeline and pipeline facilities design, utilizing various drafting platforms such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and/or CADWorx. The drawings primarily relate to facility instrumentation and electrical components. The designer should have expertise in the installation of pressure and temperature transmitters, electrical terminations, cable and conduit drawings, and electrical grounding. The role also includes conducting design reviews for complex projects and overseeing the work of less experienced drafters and designers.
