Are you passionate about cutting-edge machinery and solving complex equipment challenges? We’re looking for a Technical Engineer to join our Operations Team and keep our printing presses, laminators, slitters, and pouch machines running at peak performance. ����️

�� What You’ll Do:
✔️ Lead equipment installs & upgrades
✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve technical failures
✔️ Drive continuous improvement & reliability
✔️ Support production with your engineering expertise
✔️ Collaborate across Maintenance, Quality & OEMs

�� What You Bring:
�� Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)
⚙️ 3+ years in manufacturing (flexible packaging a big plus!)
�� Hands-on skills with presses, laminators, slitters & PLCs
�� Familiarity with CAD, controls & alignment
