Are you a proactive leader with strong mechanical and technical skills? Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Manager, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and supporting food safety compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

�� What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and assign daily maintenance and repair activities

• Lead and motivate your team to reduce downtime and improve productivity

• Manage the preventive maintenance program to ensure reliable weekly start-ups

• Liaise with contractors and oversee projects to meet specifications and deadlines

• Recommend process improvements for equipment, methods, and overall plant performance

• Purchase maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment within budget

• Support Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and People initiatives

• Ensure compliance with OHSA, GMPs, HACCP, and customer requirements

�� What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years’ experience in a Food manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

• Proven leadership, delegation, and communication skills

• Familiar with OSHA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards

• Computer proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent certification

�� Bonus:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
