��️ What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians
✅ Plan and oversee equipment maintenance & upgrades
✅ Utilize CMMS to schedule and track work
✅ Supervise contractors and ensure safety compliance ✅ Support production goals by minimizing downtime

�� What You Bring:
�� Valid trade license: 433A (Millwright), 442A (Industrial Electrician), or 309A (Construction & Maintenance Electrician)
�� 3–5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing
�� Strong MS Excel & Word skills
�� A knack for problem-solving and motivating a team
�� Ability to thrive under pressure with a great sense of urgency
