�� Location: Coubourg, ON

�� Job Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday (occasional extended hours/weekends)

Shift: Day shift

�� Key Responsibilities:

✔Lead and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs

✔Supervise and develop maintenance & setup teams

✔Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

✔Oversee engineering/maintenance projects and plant shutdowns

✔Manage 3rd party service providers and maintenance budgets

✔Optimize MRO program and CMMS system

✔Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

✔Develop asset management and capital improvement plans

�� What You Bring:

✔Engineering Degree or Skilled Trades Certificate (Millwright certification an asset)

✔7+ years of experience managing durable equipment maintenance in manufacturing

✔CMMS and MRO systems expertise

✔Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

✔Ability to read technical drawings and drive continuous improvement

✔PMP certification a plus
