Complete the apprenticeship training standards as established by the ministry of training, colleges & universitiesSkilled tool maker with automated production experience is a mustPrevious experience in an automotive setting is crucial ( automation work cells for example)Well versed in identifying and solving pneumatic and hydraulic issues in mass production settingsAbility to identify future issues as well as troubleshootAny related work experience/training is an assetIs highly mechanically inclined with mechanical problem solving skillsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionHas a positive attitude towards learning new ideas/skillsHas strong mathematical skills and attention to details3+ years of experience
