We're Hiring: Licensed Millwright – Full-Time | Unionized Position

�� Location: Chatham, ON

�� Shift: Rotating 3-shift operation | Overtime available

�� Industry: Automotive Manufacturing

Are you a skilled Millwright with a strong background in industrial machinery maintenance and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Licensed Millwright to join our team in a full-time, unionized role.

�� What You'll Do:

✔Install, dismantle, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment, machinery, and plant systems.

✔Perform preventative maintenance and align/move industrial equipment like pumps, conveyors, fans, tanks, etc.

✔Modify and fabricate tools or machines to improve product performance or develop new ones.

✔Work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.

✔Follow all safety protocols and ensure machine safety devices are understood and maintained.

�� Qualifications:

✔Valid Millwright License (433A)

✔Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred)

✔Hands-on project management skills with a commitment to seeing tasks through from start to finish
