Ready to lead in a fast-paced automotive environment? We’re looking for a hands-on leader with expertise in stamping, assembly, weld cells, ABB robots, and press operations to join our team on the Afternoon Shift!

�� Location: KWC Area (Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge)
�� Shift: Straight Afternoons (Mon–Fri + occasional Saturdays)
�� Position: Full-Time | Permanent

�� Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise daily production & ensure targets are met
✅ Oversee safety, quality, and documentation
✅ Manage weld cells, ABB robots, and press machines
✅ Lead safety investigations & continuous improvement

�� Must-Haves:
✔️ Min 5 years as a Supervisor or Lead Hand in the automotive sector
✔️ Stamping & assembly background
✔️ Strong experience with ABB robots, weld cells & presses
✔️ OHSA knowledge & proven leadership
✔️ Post-secondary education or equivalent
