Job Description:

The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities, driving strategic initiatives, and partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the financial success of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to drive business decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to support strategic planning.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support financial modeling and scenario analysis for business initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
