Job Summary:

This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Recommend improvements for equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, if necessary.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Capability to stand, walk, and work in various environments for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces or at heights, as required.
