Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineering Manager to oversee the electrical design projects and manage a team of skilled engineers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, and a proven track record in managing complex projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electrical design engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the development of electrical design projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
- Develop and implement design strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and incorporate relevant innovations into projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical design engineering, with at least [X] years in a managerial role.
