Civil Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from concept through completion. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee multiple projects at once, managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients—building relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Lead coordination across disciplines during design, permitting, and construction.

• Review and prepare proposals, contracts, and project documentation.

• Partner with senior leadership to address complex project or client challenges.

• Maintain strong quality control practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Participate in business development and client retention efforts, including occasional travel.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).

• PMP certification preferred.

• 15+ years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry or in project management.

• Proven leadership and communication skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

• Strong client-facing experience and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
