Project Engineer / Project Manager 

Location: Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time

Join a growing design-build construction team! We’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion. You’ll lead teams, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet design and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead multiple projects through design and construction phases

• Mentor and supervise project team members

• Create and review designs, drawings, and construction documents

• Coordinate meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors

• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with codes and specifications

• Maintain project records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related)

• 4+ years of site design or construction experience

• PE license or working toward licensure

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
