Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare project status reports, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Fort Worth, TX.
