Production Operator
We are seeking a motivated Production Operator to join a 24/7 chemical manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for supporting production by unloading and transporting raw materials, preparing vessels and equipment, monitoring processes, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Load/unload raw materials and finished goods
Transport and stage materials for production
Prepare and clean vessels and equipment
Monitor production processes and record data (temperature, pressure, flow rates, etc.)
Inspect and operate industrial equipment (pumps, valves, agitators, forklifts, etc.)
Maintain inventory logs and activity records
Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE in designated areas
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience (prior experience required)
Minimum 1 year of industrial operations experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments
Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights, weekends, holidays)
Overtime as needed based on business demand
