Production Operator

We are seeking a motivated Production Operator to join a 24/7 chemical manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for supporting production by unloading and transporting raw materials, preparing vessels and equipment, monitoring processes, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load/unload raw materials and finished goods

• Transport and stage materials for production

• Prepare and clean vessels and equipment

• Monitor production processes and record data (temperature, pressure, flow rates, etc.)

• Inspect and operate industrial equipment (pumps, valves, agitators, forklifts, etc.)

• Maintain inventory logs and activity records

• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE in designated areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience (prior experience required)

• Minimum 1 year of industrial operations experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments

• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule:

• Rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights, weekends, holidays)

• Overtime as needed based on business demand
