Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for proposed projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management and engineering design.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
