Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in Auburn, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the quality assurance team to ensure effective implementation of quality control processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance supervision or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and produce actionable insights.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving high standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality control techniques.
