Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance operations at a food processing facility in Oakwood, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate and manage repair activities, ensuring that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among the maintenance team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
