Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead our ERP implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ERP systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage ERP projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the business requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to align project goals and expectations.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are in place and executed effectively.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure stakeholder engagement and project visibility.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient project team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP systems implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of ERP software, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
