Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Install, configure, and calibrate electrical and mechanical components.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and schedules.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Associate degree or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in electro-mechanical systems maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and control systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
