Job Title: EHS Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure safety measures are in place.
- Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Manage EHS training programs for employees, ensuring all personnel are knowledgeable about safety procedures and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field.
- Proven experience as an EHS Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in safety management, such as CSP or similar, is preferred.
