Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations in Holland, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in production management. They will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor production KPIs and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics, to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain equipment and workplace safety.
- Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting progress and challenges.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply of materials and components.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new production staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
