Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have experience in logistics and supply chain management. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into logistics performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement logistics strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of logistics processes and recommend changes as needed.
- Assist in the management of logistics projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to support logistics initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Support the management team in strategic planning and decision-making activities.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in logistics analytics techniques and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics analytics or a similar role.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience with logistics software and ERP systems is preferred.
