Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of new sales staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the Kansas City area.
