As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing and production processes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design and test new equipment and technologies for production enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on process changes and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
