Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Director for Environmental Remediation projects to join our team in Englewood, CO. This role involves leading complex environmental remediation projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering solutions that protect and restore the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage environmental remediation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Conduct site assessments and oversee the design and implementation of remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, scientists, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and review technical reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and standards.
- Communicate project progress and findings to stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Drive business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental remediation or related projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and remediation techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Professional certifications such as PE or PMP are a plus.
