Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage maintenance operations at our facility in Holland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment and infrastructure, leading the maintenance team, and implementing strategies to improve processes and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure high operational efficiency and reliability.
- Lead, manage, and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support production goals.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and optimizing costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
