Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to develop new food products and improve existing ones.
- Analyze food samples for quality, safety, and nutritional content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance.
- Apply scientific principles to design and optimize food processing methods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Document findings and present reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and nutrition.
- Experience in food product development and formulation.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Master's preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a food science role.
