The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems and components to ensure efficiency, reliability, and safety. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to optimize electrical designs.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical solutions into broader project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering technology and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP).
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is desirable.
