Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer to join our team in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing, and maintaining equipment used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement instrumentation solutions for various engineering processes.
- Develop specifications and documentation for instrumentation systems.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess current systems and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient integration and functionality of systems.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining instrumentation systems.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control engineering principles.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the engineering industry.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and DCS.
- Knowledge of process automation and control systems.
- Certification in relevant instrumentation engineering fields.
