Job Description:
The Corporate FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) Manager is responsible for overseeing food safety and quality assurance programs across the organization. This position requires strategic leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement food safety and quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international food safety regulations.
- Lead audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address food safety and quality issues.
- Analyze data and trends to continuously improve FSQA processes.
- Manage and train FSQA staff to maintain high performance levels.
- Report on FSQA metrics to senior management.

- Certification in HACCP, PCQI, or equivalent is preferred.
