Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role involves managing a team of QA technicians, implementing quality control procedures, and working closely with other departments to maintain product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of QA technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to management.
- Ensure all quality assurance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and standards, implementing changes as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is preferred.
