The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role involves supervising QA staff, implementing quality control measures, and continuously improving quality systems to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the quality assurance team in daily operations.
- Develop and implement QA policies and procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Train and mentor QA staff in best practices and new methodologies.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
