We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee operations at our manufacturing facility in Auburn, AL. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and increase productivity.
- Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain and production schedules.
- Monitor plant performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve financial targets.

Qualifications:
