Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and improve financial outcomes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or related financial roles.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
