Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to evaluate the performance and reliability of mechanical designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, manufacturing personnel, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Identify and implement improvements in existing mechanical designs to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase manufacturability.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation to support engineering activities and decision-making processes.
- Lead and participate in product testing and validation processes to ensure designs meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into mechanical designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing and drafting mechanical components.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using simulation tools (such as ANSYS, MATLAB) for mechanical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials science.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations applicable to mechanical engineering.
