Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Menomonie, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This position requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and equipment.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with automation and control systems.
