As a Business Development Manager, you will directly contribute to the success of these influential organizations by delivering strategic talent solutions through direct hire, contract, project-based, and commissioning services.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage potential new clients facing critical talent and engineering challenges through strategic networking and leveraging company resources.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand specific client requirements and articulate the value proposition of Provide's comprehensive staffing solutions in addressing their strategic talent initiatives.Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, consulting with clients on their strategic talent requirements and effectively demonstrating the value of our integrated service offerings.Consistently achieve and exceed established performance objectives through a proactive, results-driven approach, demonstrating adaptability within the dynamic engineering and manufacturing solutions industryManage the full lifecycle of executive recruitment engagements, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and the facilitation of the onboarding process for senior-level candidates.Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies designed to attract high-caliber talent within the manufacturing, energy, and engineering sectors.Proactively build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline utilizing effective sourcing methodologies.Collaborate closely with senior leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of current and future hiring needs and associated requirements.Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to rigorously evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through timely communication and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.Effectively utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Professional Qualifications:
Required Experience and Education:
A minimum of 4 years of demonstrable professional experience.A minimum of 2 years of direct experience within the staffing or recruitment industry, with a preference for candidates possessing a background in engineering.A BS in Business or equivalent relevant experience.
