Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Menomonie, WI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering principles, design, and implementation, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for various projects
- Create detailed electrical schematics, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during installation and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all electrical engineering activities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and incorporate new technologies as appropriate

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical)
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation
- Knowledge of power distribution and control systems
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems
- Experience in project management
