The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within our organization to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and standards.
- Maintain documentation of quality assurance activities, reports, and records.
- Support the Quality Assurance Manager in daily operations and special projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, standards, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ASQ) is a plus.
