CO-OP Sales Representative - REMOTE

We're looking for a motivated, results-driven CO-OP Sales Representative to join our team! You'll build relationships with co-op members, identify sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with co-op members.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities in the cooperative market.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and materials.
  • Track and report sales performance.
  • Attend industry events.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience (co-op experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of the co-op business model.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (co-op focus preferred).
